GHS Jewelers has been Orange County and the Hudson Valley’s leader in fine jewelry for almost 40 years. Located in historic and beautiful Cornwall- on- Hudson, since 1981, GHS Jewelers has grown from a small fine antique and vintage jewelry store to having a large selection of unique modern, antique, and estate jewelry, as well as, a full custom department and repair shop.

Norma H. Gamble created GHS Jewelers because of her passion and love for antique and estate jewelry and her desire to share this unique jewelry with the world. Less than a year later, her son, Carl R. Stingle, joined her after completing his gemological degree at the Gemological Institute of America.

GHS Jewelers’ full custom design studio and service repair facilities evolved from Carl’s enthusiasm for jewelry and gemstones. In 2000, Norma’s daughter-in-law, Nanci Stingle joined the family business after having worked for many large jewelry companies for over a dozen years. Currently, GHS Jewelers has three jewelers and two GIA Graduate Gemologists and appraisers on staff at all times.

Our story would not be complete without mentioning our customers. We have been blessed to have been a part of some of our customer’s most important life events. From weddings to babies, birthdays, and graduations we have been there. As our customers have moved worldwide we have been extremely privileged to remain their jeweler. Through their recommendations, we have grown from a small local jewelry store to having our pieces worldwide and even on a few famous faces!
